Hi, I'm Dana!
Three words; movement, strength, growth.
I truely believe these three words save bodies, minds and lives.
They did change my life and many of my clients! I was small, extremely thin, unsure of myself & my strength.
As I started lifting & putting weight on I begin to feel stronger, more confident of myself. It was like a calling. I wanted more of it, I wanted to understand it & then teach it.
I help my clients grow physically & mentally;
gain muscle, strength, confidence, balance and a love for movement.
After running a successful coaching business I became more and more amazed by the human body. I want to know & help even more. Hence, I continued studying to become an Osteopath.
